Factor is unhealthy

If you’re wondering why you’re eating a 600 calorie meal and not full after it’s because you’re having 5 shrimp soaked in butter cream sauce and a quarter cup of diced vegetables drenched in oil. You could have a way larger meal of chopped sautéed veggies and shrimp… the calories are all from the unnecessary cream and butter and oils. The oil seeps through my plate they also use way more than needed.

I really enjoyed the idea of having ready made, tasty meals but this plate was the last straw for me. I always open my meals to find pads of butter on top of veggies, so much oil etc. I will now sadly go back to preparing meat and veggies for the week
