What would you do?

So I saw this at an open house and I can’t get it out of my head. Just whyyyyyy.

The shower in the “ensuite” on the ground floor is barely enough space to turn, would have made a better space for a toilet I think.

To enter you need to walk through the garage - optionally going through the door on the verandah, which means the carport door would be in your way if you are heading straight to bed after a night out..

Then the first floor.. what the? A sink in a walk in robe which isn’t the primary?

I don’t think I’d be buying this place but I’ve spent hours and hours just trying to rework all the spaces to just.. make more sense..

What would you do?
