Upside down US flags?

NOTE: I am asking this not to stir up political arguments here (but do as you will); rather, I am complying with a request from alt national parks service, whom have asked that we hang our flags upside down to show we are in deep shit.

The directive arose this morning, and while I was doing so, I got to wondering if anyone else around me was doing the same. So I thought asking here would put thousands of eyes on neighborhoods in town.

So please, whether you agree with it or not, please sound off if you have seen any inverted US flags around Sacramento. TIA!
