Did anyone else notice this?

When Maddie’s mom went to visit Mr. Anderson/ Mr. Martin, his neck was bleeding. He acted really weird when she mentioned it. Maddie/Janet’s head was also bleeding the first time she showered in Maddie’s body, in the area where she hit it in the boiler room. Anyway those two occurrences could be related? I think Mr. Martin stabbed Mr. Anderson in the neck in the process of possessing his body, same way Janet slammed Maddie’s head on the boiler. Thoughts?
