Ashen Dragon Hull Problem

Hi all I was trying to get the ashen dragon hull by doing heart of fire and after doing it for the first time I still didn’t get it so I attempted to do it two more times and go through all three of the doors yet I still don’t have it when I go to customise my ship and so I don’t know what to do now about getting it.
