Making friends in Seattle

Hello Seattle,

I have been in Seattle for more than 7 years now and finding it really difficult to make friends. As an immigrant hardly aware about the local culture here and no matter how much I try its difficult to fit in and make friends in my forties(44 M) now. Any inputs appreciated.
