Received different item in parcel, seller is asking to change from Refund Only to Return and Refund

Hello,

I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Ultra on Lazada and received very different items. Applied for a Refund Only due to wrong/missing items, and the seller is appealing to me to change to Return and Refund. Should I follow their request? Im worried that cancelling my current request to refund only will not allow me to apply for a return and refund.
