I'm tired of the "no one understands amy" shit.

Recently me and friend got in an argument about Amy's characterization. She said that ian flynn was doing terrible and Amy should go back to her roots of being obsessed with sonic. I've heard this line a thousand times from. Tons of people and I don't think they understand ian flynn. The whole point of how he and evan write Amy is that she's still in love with sonic but she's learned to back off a bit. For the children and old fans, this is something we call "character development". It's quite an amazing phenomenon where a character goes through growth emotionally, and sometimes physically. They use this to change themselves for the better or the worse. I'm sorry if I sound rude, but it genuinely makes me so angry when people do this shit.
