Communication error - Sydney

Since day 1 on release I have not EVER been able to successfully connect to or even begin an online match on ps5. I’m beginning to think ps5 servers are absolutely cooked. Does anyone have any tips from Aus on how I can start doing online matches so I can finally platinum this game? It’s been 3 months and it’s just ridiculous
