Best comedy festivals for newbies?

Applied to Baltimore comedy festival and didn’t hear back, so guess I didn’t make the cut. Any others on the east coast people like? I’ve seen a bunch for west coast but too hard to travel and will get pricey to even consider… based in tri-state area of NY/NJ! Thank you! This group has been a wealth of knowledge and support 🙏
