Scratches on Moonroof New Tesla

There is a huge scratch on the new Tesla I picked up yesterday from Tesla. I didn’t notice when I did the pickup until it left the lot. Will they repair that for free is am I SOL? They said once they leave the lot I have to talk to service about it.
