Looking for a Sword

So I'm the DM and I'm looking for a sword that a queen has, the party want to take and it's abilities are able to draw power from her or drain power from others.

If anyone has any recommendations from this subreddit that you think might fit if love to hear it. Any rarity but preferably rare and up.
