whitaker’s future

I love him so much he’s really going through it for his first day (who isn’t I mean…) We know a bit about his background, like his family and him growing up in a really small town but I was wondering where do you think his character is headed in terms of storyline, arc, possible professional future, etc. ? What is this first day going to mean to him ? I can’t really seem to see anything really so I’m asking here cause I’d love to read your answer!
