The scene of grown Elliot helping him on the barn that day when he time traveled? Maybe they just didn’t want to show it, like they also didn’t show him seeing Alice and Elliott watching the campfire as well. But it would have been very cool to see him see the other time travelers on that very first/last time traveling since he was young. Would loved to have seen him acknowledge adult Elliot since they were so close.
