Does anybody else's CHR have constant transmission issues?

I have a 2018 CHR XLE Premium. 106,000 miles currently. At 89,000 miles the transmission had to be replaced under warranty. 5 months later it started acting up again. (Boggy. Lagging, smelling really hot, delayed shifts) but dealer said it was normal. Fast forward another 5 months and it's worse. There is only 20,000 miles on this transmission and it's failing again. Is this common? How many others are having these same issues?
