Tulane forgot to send my Zoom meeting link?

I applied to Tulane Trivia but I never got the link for the Zoom meeting and I already emailed them about not getting an email when I first applied for the meeting. They said I would get it within 24 hrs of the meeting but I never got it still. I’m not sure if I should email them about it to show my commitment or just let it go
