What salary is worth occasionally working extra hours?

I’m curious, what salary do you think is worth working a few hours extra per week to keep on top of things?

Im fine to on occasion work later than my contracted hours when it’s needed. But if you’re quite often needing to work a bit later to keep on top of your workload (ignoring if there’s a resource issue that can’t be resolved), what salary makes you think ‘ah well it’s worth it, I get a decent salary’.

Suppose you work an hour extra after work once or twice a week. What’s your min salary to accept that? Or are you completely against working any hours outside of your contracted?
