Applying to become an uber driver. PCO or PHV licence?

Hi all, I am wanting to do uber as a side hustle, evening and weekends. I am confused which type of licence I need. Is it a PHV or PCO licence? Currently I am in the process of completing an application on the TFL website for Private Hire Vehicle Driver's Licence. If anyone could kindly explain which Licence I need that would be appreciated.
