Injuries piling up - in-season adjustments

Seeing JY0 go down at the end of the G'L'Aces/Rose game got me thinking...

Injuries piling up, teams exhausted in general which often leads to an increased chance of injury. I'm sure the W is looking on carefully, considering so many of the league's big names are involved in the tournament.

I've seen suggestions about in-season adjustments to the format/teams/schedule ect. that may help to stem injuries.

Better officiating (where have we heard that before) could help.

I love the expanded 3v3 court, for sure. I know going back to a half-court takes away from some of that excitement, but it makes the game a little tighter, less room to move, but also less force and speed when these players start running into each other.

Get more relief pool players in STAT.

Not sure how viable adjusting the schedule is since you have a TV contract.

Other ideas?
