Soul crushing fatigue

I suffer from daily migraines and on and off vertigo. Most days I am so exhausted that I feel ill. I have good days here and there where I don’t have migraines and I actually feel good and have energy so I have to think the fatigue is connected to the migraines.

It’s not like regular tiredness, it’s like my whole body aches with exhaustion and I feel ill doing anything.

Does anyone else have this? Is this secondary to VM? Does anyone have any suggestions?
