Walmart health insurance question

So long story short i got enrolled in walamrt health insurance but when i look at my app is says 228/pay. does that mean its taking out that much every paycheck? And if so can i cancel it cause it doesnt even do anything as it doesnt cover any of the perscriptions i need anyways and i could rly use that 200
