Are my calories low enough?
I'm a 22M and weight 249. I've lost roughly 70 pounds. I want to continue to lose 2 pounds per week because I just enjoy being lighter. My goal weight is 195. I lift 5 times per week (3 Upperbody/ 2 Lowerbody) and also do about 14-18 miles a week of long distance running. I have recently increased my steps to 12000. My calories are currently at 2000. Is this too high?
