My brother sometimes falls on hard times and stays with us. And when he does, this thick yellow stuff ends up in the front of the toilet bowl. I have NO idea what it is and it does not flush away. Sometimes it even is hard to scrub off. It's right where a penis would hang while using the bathroom. Has anyone seen something like this before? It's been happening for years.
He's in his late 30s and struggles with alcohol abuse, if that helps. He's supposed to be clean right now though.
