Currently on Windows 11 24H2 but want to go back to 23H2

Just 2 days ago I finally made the jump from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11 Home and probably at a bad time. I did a clean Windows install via a USB and after setting everything up I noticed a few issues like certain areas in Settings closing out before even opening. Also been having a very annoying issue where every time I Alt-Tab out of a Game my PC will freeze for a couple of seconds. I looked up some fixes and Nothing worked.

Here are some things I did

I Tested New and Old Graphics drivers (NVIDIA)

Made sure all my games were running at the correct Refresh rate and resolution.

Tried running the games in Windowed Borderless.

Tried Disabling Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling.

Made sure Variable Refresh Rate/G-SYNC/VSYNC was disabled on all monitors and in windows settings.

Also made sure I don't have HDR on.

Disabled Fullscreen optimizations in Task Manager.

Did another Clean install of Windows 11

So after doing a bit more digging I came across a Microsoft Support thread where a Support Agent told a user to rollback to 23H2 but didn't specify how. I then looked up ways and while doing that I saw a thread saying how that Isn't possible once you're on 24H2 you can't go back to 23H2 at least not by Downloading it and because I've never been on update 23H2 due to just switching to Windows 11 I don't have old updates saved on my pc to go back to. I still tried downloading 23H2 versions on Microsoft Update Catalog and none of them seemed to work. Said my system is incompatible probably due to me alr being on 24H2. So I kind of don't know what to do now I could go back to Windows 10 but really was looking forward to some of the new features in Windows 11. If anyone knows a Fix to the Alt+Tab bug that I haven't tried or knows a way I can download and install a version of 23H2 (Preferably a newer version of 23H2 for better Security) please let me know. Thanks for reading <3
