I want to upgrades from Windows 10 to a later 23H2 build but can only find 24H2

As the title says I would like to update to windows 11 23H2 specifically the most latest version of 23H2 for better security. The reason I am looking to do so is because when I first switch to windows 11 24H2 a couple of days ago I had some issues and found online that switching from 24H2 to 23H2 should fix those issues as 24H2 isn't fully released so It still has some bugs.
