Should I send to the Doll Care Center?

Someone left a bitty twin on the curb and I just had to rescue her. Poor thing has been through it, her eyes don’t open and lashes are missing, hair is a mess and cloth body is stained. Should I send the Doll Hospital or attempt at fixing myself?
