My unit is having me do a ACFT during my paternity Leave

My 1SG is having me come in during my baby leave to conduct a ACFT. I am allowed to say NO.
I don't mind doing a ACFT. Its just "why am I taking leave and still having to-do work" Ive already came in a few time for training such as medical training. I attempted to find regulation paternity Leave. Ive check the ALARACT and didn't find anything. Thanks in Advance.
