Do boys really give a shit about stretch marks?

Stretch marks are natural and absolutely normal, especially in girls are they mature. I have tons of friends that hate theirs because boy might see them. I have tons on my thighs and ass, and oddly enough my knees. I love mine because they show I have both lived and grown. Is this something boys even actually notice?
