how to stop laying in bed
In all my free time I lie in my bed on my phone, switching between yt, twitch, discord, sometimes Instagram, it is warm in bed, I have memory foam matress and pillow.
When I use the PC I started getting anxiety and after a bit I have to to go back into bed, the bed is my safe space where there is less anxiety.
I still go outside when I need to it's just my free time is just consuming content on my phone under my blanket, it's not exactly a 'fun' life.
In my mind I always think maybe I could play some games on the Pc but then the hours go by and before I know it the day is over and I'm still in bed.
My mental health team have said only I can change this and meds won't change things but the thing is, things don't interest me but they say I have to find something that does when nothing does...
???
Yeah so I'm a bit a stuck, I'm in bed rn, this is going on for almost a year
