Joker Concept: Strongman

Greetings! I'm new to this subreddit and I have had this idea for a while now for a joker that buffs cards similar to the strength tarot card and is similar to the trading card joker. Let me know your thoughts below on how viable this might be in a run and any suggested changes if you have any!
