What's your opinion on Neemias Queta?

Hi everyone, greetings from Portugal, well, it's basically the question on the title. Portugal has the issue of sometimes embellishing the success of our athletes and/or artist working away from our country, so i'd like to know what's everyone's opinion on your side of the Atlantic ocean. cheers
