Warm heated indoor pool for babies/toddlers that you can use without paying for lessons?

Our 6mo has been doing swimming lessons at the local council pool. It's basically just singing Nursery Rhymes in the pool at this age to get her used to water. Rather than pay $25 per half hour lesson, I'd rather just take her to the pool and do the same thing myself. However, our local pool doesn't let us use the undercover warm pool if not doing lessons. The warm pool is much warmer than the lap pools which are also 'heated' but too cold for a baby.

Do you know of any facilities where there is a warm heated pool, but doesn't make you pay for lessons? Happy to pay for the pool entry obviously.
