cpu overheating

i've had my pc since late 2023 and i'm only recently having an issue with my cpu overheating. it sits around 60-65C regularly, but jumps to 95C when i'm running marvel rivals (if i turn off my pc and turn it back on during this, it will flash a screen saying that my cpu is overheating). i haven't had any issues with how my pc is running, nothing has turned off, i've just been keeping an eye on the temp. is this a normal temperature when under stress, or should i be worried?
