Homemade Nerds Rope: The Nerds Log

Four years ago, we were all home for the holidays and my sister and I decided to try making a homemade Nerds Rope based on recipes we saw on tiktok. We melted Haribo gummy bears to a pourable consistency, spread it on a silpat silicone baking sheet, and mixed in boxes of rainbow Nerds before using the silpat to roll it up.

It turned out to be really difficult to get a nice thin rope so we ended up with a log. The world’s first Nerds Log. And it was delicious.
