How do I Land a Job?

I am a student-athlete with a finance degree and in May I will have an MBA. I do not have any experience other than on-campus jobs in the athletics department. I want to start a career, but I have not had any success yet applying for jobs. I have applied to a ton of jobs and have not heard back from any of them. I am interested in financial planning/analysis as well as underwriting and risk management, but I am willing to work almost any entry level job to gain experience, but I have had no luck. What am I doing wrong?
