Best restaurants? Bars?

My husband and I (34) are heading to Cartagena in April and will be staying in Bocagrande. We are looking for some good recommendations for the best food/drinks. We plan to spend most of our time exploring the Walled City and Gestemani, so any recs in those areas will be greatly appreciated.

We are not averse to touristy or popular restaurants/bars as long as the food/drinks are worth it!
