Question about measure 4

My guitar instructor told me not to double my fingers on the right hand. so m can’t be followed by m. but in measure 4, the notes that aren’t played with p are separated. would it be considered doubling if I use m then p and then m? Measure 1 and 5 are identical and it would really throw off my muscle memory if I had to relearn it with different fingerings. Thank you
