Cucked by locked AH etc.

Why can i not use the auction house after the p3 update? I cant buy or sell anything on the AH or trade with other players. I've seen several other players reporting this problem aswell but no solution anywhere or no blue post commenting the issue.

Edit: I have never partaken in a GDKP, bought gold and didnt partake in the pre-nerf incursions. Im level 34 with 30 gold to my name.
