Casual player cata classic vs SoD

Im casual player, and have no time for raids (only lfg if possible in panda classic). Which version have more and funny content for non-raider pve player in late-game? SoD or Cata? I know there are some incursions or something in SoD which sounds pretty casual, but in cata classic i can get very good gear from heroic dungeons. Which version do you think is best for me? Im not interested in retail or anyversary classic. Thanks for tios in advice :)
