Hair Drug Test am I Screwed

My internship at (took company name out) starts may 19th. I need to take a hair drug test eventually. January 25th I hit a pen a bit and barely puffed on a joint, and 3 weeks ago I puffed a pen a bit. I genuinely forgot and didn't know and now I'm so scared that I'm going to lose my internship. I don't know what's going to happen. Am I going to get fired? This was such an amazing opportunity and I don't do this at all but I tried it and now I might be screwed. Someone please help me Idk what to do
