American big tech hiring in India and Poland

Hello All,

I was looking for job opportunities in the role of engineering and science. To my surprise most of the engineering roles in compines like AMD, Qualcomm, Nvidia are either based in US or India/Poland. As american big tech companies are known to pay well, the pay in most of these positions are better than what you get in European companies in Western Europe, considering the COL in cities like bangalore and warsaw, the saving potential seems huge.

Apart from few positions, why american big tech don't hire a lot in Germany, france or Netherlands even though there is a good availability of talent ?

U.K seems to be a only place where there is a huge availabilty of the american big tech position

Is it because of our broken pension system and huge social contributions that employer has to contribute towards hiring an employee in Western Europe ?
