F(19) Advice

I’m currently a college freshman and I have a boyfriend. We made it official a couple weeks ago. I have never dated anyone before then, as my dad did not want me to date in HS, which is understandable. But now that I’m in college, I assumed he would be okay with it. Turns out he is not. He told me he does not approve and whenever I talk to him, he gives short, curt responses in a negative tone. This has been going on for like 2 weeks. I just feel really conflicted as if I did something wrong. I’m going back home for spring break soon and instead of being excited, I’m dreading the fall out.
