Deep sight activation should be available for ALL weapons

Because right now, building feels extremely limiting. Half of the weapons one might use out of pure preference or enjoyment (a quickfang in my case) can’t be min maxed because they currently don’t allow deepsight, aren’t obtainable, or both. That doesn’t feel fun at all.
