Facecam not saving settings after shutdown.

I noticed after the recent update 1.2.2.432 my Facecam settings just wont save anymore. If I do a simple restart/reboot it retains all the settings but If I shutdown the computer and turned it on again the settings revert to their default values. Is it just mine or is this happening to everyone?
