Arvin Haddad

So I'm just wondering what is everyone's opinion on Arvin in this sub?

For those who don't know, Arvin is a YouTuber that does reviews of mansions. However, recently his channel exploded when he reviewed one of Enes' listings and has been doing a bunch of them recently. I really like his more honest reviews of what Enes' is showing and can be really funny. And even he touches on how good Enes' is with Mikey and in one video he states that the two of them are the best in this arena and it isn't even close.
