Why does my latte art look like this?
Hey everyone, so I’m new to espresso and I’ve done a fair bit research to know the basics. However I can never seem to pour a latte art. I’m not sure if it’s because my beans are 2 months old and there’s barely any crema to work with. So when I pour the milk into the coffee, it mixes instantly with it and just become this light colour as seen in the photo, instead of a darker canvas to work with. And when I start pouring the latte art, the milk wouldn’t appear on top until the very end so it becomes this really thin strip. Any advice is appreciated :)
