ETD from forward head posture?
Hey all,
I’m currently working with my GP to get my ear popping/ringing under control. I haven’t particularly been unwell, travelled or had any sort of injury, but I am currently suffering what I think it’s tight top of my neck (below the base of my skull) muscles which is also causing pressure on my throat. This would be from forward head posture/uneven shoulders.
Does anybody else have ETD from forward head posture? Has it gotten better with adjusting the posture?
