Leg pain after one cipro

Hi all! My doc prescribed me cipro for a UTI just over a week ago. I took one dose and a couple hours later had muscle twitching/spasms all over my body. I contacted my doc the next morning and they said to stop taking it. It’s now been over a week and my leg muscles hurt so bad like I ran a marathon. They’re super tight and I they keep cramping. I haven’t done anything to injure myself and I haven’t exercised enough to cause this. It’s in both legs and my feet. Would this be from just a single dose of cipro?
