GZ on Katie’s podcast

I know GZ gets a lot of hate for his bougie-ness, but I personally love him. Out of all The Kitchen hosts, I make his recipes the most, and they are almost all hits. I was riveted by his stories of being a chef in NYC, his brushes with Anna Wintour and Ian Schrager….. I hope you find it as entertaining as I did. Enjoy!
