My board wants to expand rented stadium?

After promotion to the first Czech League 5 years ago I had to move away from my original stadium (and the city of my club) because it didn´t meet minimal capacity requirements (original stadium´s capacity 2300 with potencial expansion capacity of 10 000 seats).

For this time period I had to play in a rented stadium that does meet the requirements for the Czech League but not for the UEFA competions. After getting into Europa League, my board rented one more stadium just for the EL (also in another city).

Last season the board has finally agreed to build new stadium but the local council blocked it, so I asked for the capacity expansion (I thought they will expand the original one). The board agreed and now they are planning to expand the smaller rented stadium to the capacity that still does not allowed european football.

Can I somehow move back to my original stadium by using editor?
